Barry has held senior leadership and product management roles at Wolfson Microelectronics and Dialog Semiconductor. With a technical background in ethernet, audio, haptics and power management, he is passionate about driving forward projects to deliver high-quality products.
Pete Hutton

Pete has had several senior positions within the semiconductor industry, most recently as President of Product Groups at Arm. Prior to this, his roles included running corporate engineering for Wolfson, General Manager for Processors at ARC and Group Director for Cadence.
Barnaby Rix
CFO
Barnaby joined Agile Analog from Arm, where he was VP of Finance for the Product Groups, running the planning function, managing a P&L of $1.6bn, and a team of over 70 people. Prior to this, his roles included VP of Treasury at Arm, and as an auditor at Deloitte and at Andersen.
Christelle Faucon

Christelle Faucon has over 25 years’ experience of working in the global semiconductor industry. She has had senior commercial and technical positions at major companies, including 10 years at TSMC and 10 years as President of GUC (Global Unichip) Europe.
Nicky Wilkinson
Senior Director, IP Delivery
Nicky has worked in the semiconductor industry for 25 years, leading analog, RF and mixed-signal design and implementation teams at companies such as CSR, Neul and Huawei. Many of these designs have achieved industry-firsts in advanced levels.
Iwan Evans

Iwan has 20 years of experience, working at start-ups (Jennic, eoSemi), and larger companies (Fujitsu, CSR). As an analog engineer specializing in oscillators and timing circuits, he has expertise in mixed signal methodologies, system and chip architectures.
Neil Bailey

Neil is an experienced engineer who has had senior management roles for major companies in the semiconductor sector, including; CSR and Qualcomm. He focuses on internal software development and managing customer-facing projects.
Mike Hulse

Mike is one of the founders of Agile Analog. He has worked in the global semiconductor industry for over 30 years, in companies such as CSR and National Semiconductor, covering digital and mixed-signal, design methodology, project management, and technical leadership roles.
Mark Redford

Mark has held roles as VP Emerging Technologies at Arm, GM of North American Operations and VP of Advanced Technology at CSR, and BOD positions at GSS, sureCore and Spin Memory. Alongside his role at Agile Analog, he is an advisor to several companies in the AI/ML sectors.

Sir Hossein Yassaie is an entrepreneur with a strong belief in technological innovations that solve real problems and disrupt markets. He was founder and CEO of Imagination Technologies Plc, where he created a semiconductor IP business powering billions of devices.
Jonathan Hay

Jonathan is a Partner at Delin Ventures where he is responsible for investments into early-stage technology businesses. In addition to Agile Analog, he has led on investments in Fluidic Analytics and Turbine. He is a Research Associate at the Judge Business School in Cambridge.

Henry is a Partner at OMERS Ventures, focused on early-stage technology businesses. Prior to this, Henry was an investor at BGF Ventures where he led on investments including the Cybersecurity startup, Garrison Technology, and the biometric identity platform, AimBrain.

Clayton Williams is the Managing Director of IQT International UK Ltd, where he is responsible for identifying, investing and guiding IQT’s portfolio of deep tech start-ups across EMEA. Prior to this he covered Asia-Pacific. He has experience in areas such as quantum technology.

Mina Samaan is a Principal at MMC Ventures where he leads on their deep tech early-stage investments. He has led a number of investments including Red Sift, Senseon and SLAMcore. Mina studied Aeronautical Engineering and has worked for the Williams Formula 1 team.
